Neighborhood News

The Polo Fields Homeowners Association Board is committed to maintaining and improving the neighborhood both aesthetically and functionally.  We work hard to keep our neighborhood as one of the premiere neighborhoods in the area.

2025 Overview

Common Area Improvements

  • Main Entrance Enhancements: The entrances at Zeeb and Polo Fields Drive, as well as Dornoch and Liberty, have been a priority for the Board. We replaced all of the landscaping at both of these entrances. This required removing all of the old plants, adding new sod around the landscaping beds, and some sprinkler repair work. New grasses were added to the median at the Dornoch entrance.

Small Entrance Enhancements: We replaced landscaping, including boulders, at all three of the smaller entrances (Fairway Park Drive, and both ends of Birkdale), and had the signposts repainted.

Holiday Lights: White holiday lights were added to median trees at both main entrances. We received lots of positive feedback about this addition, and plan to do this again next year.

Tennis Courts: The tennis courts were repaired and repainted last summer.

Dog Waste Bag Dispensers: To help keep our neighborhood clean, these were added at both parks for dog walker convenience.

Speed Calming Efforts

  • Moved speed signs back to Glenmoore to help curb speeding by the park and per a recommendation from the WCRC.

Ongoing Commitments

  • Continued to have our ponds and common areas treated for mosquitos and algae.
  • Continued our contract with Great Outdoors for all common area landscaping and summer maintenance and snow removal.
  • Continued our regular responsibilities to ensure all neighbors are doing their part to keep our neighborhood beautiful and safe, including regular property and landscape reviews.
